Level 2 Crystal Singing Bowls Workshop – Sunshine Coast

Learn advanced principles & techniques as well as how to play a Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls. All attendees takes home the exclusive Rainbow Sounds Sound Bath Music Sheet Booklet.

Suitable for Rainbow Sounds Level 1 Graduates, Yoga Teachers, Practitioners and Aspiring Sound Bath Practitioners. Our Level 2 certification is accredited with MHA for Practitioners to obtain professional insurance. You can complete Level 1 and Level 2 classes back to back on the same weekend.

Workshop Details

Date: Sunday, 7th July 2024

Time: 10.30am-2.30pm (Please arrive 15 mins early to set up your bowls)

Location: Coolum Beach Yoga – Coolum Beach Resort, 7/13 Beach Rd, Coolum Beach 

Prerequisite: Successful completion of the Rainbow Sounds Level 1 Certification 

Bowls for the Class: You will be required to bring a half set of Rainbow Sounds bowls (Set of 3 or 4) to use for the class. If you have crystal bowls purchased from elsewhere, we respectfully ask that you do not bring them to this class. In this case, let us know at the time of booking and we will provide Rainbow Sounds bowls for you to use on the day :)

All attendees receive the Rainbow Sounds 'Level 2 Certificate of Completion' 

What you'll learn

• Advanced crystal bowl techniques and principles 
• How to play a structured 50min Sound Bath using a set of 7 crystal singing bowls, guided by the Music Sheet
• How to use your voice to guide the intention of your Sound Bath
• How to be an exceptional Sound Bath Practitioner 
• Learn the importance of voice and words when guiding people in meditation
• Learn how to play binaural sounds, and what is happening to your brain
• Musical Theory and Structure, dive into Octaves and Interval, learn what notes to play together to create your Sound Bath Harmony and Dissonance
• Learn how to develop your own musical expression - create your own unique Sound Bath

• Learn the techniques to play the Challis
• Learn to incorporate the Soul Star & Earth Star bowls (C5 and B3 notes)
• How to set up your Sound Bath events

• Exclusive Rainbow Sounds Sound Bath Music Sheet Booklet (please note the Music Sheet utilises all 7 bowls/notes, so you will need a full set of bowls to use after the class to practice and play Sound Baths)

What to bring on the day:

• A set of 3 (DFA) or 4 (CEGB) Rainbow Sounds bowls to use for the class
• Snacks for the short break
• Water for hydration (as there isn't always water available at the venue)
• Extra cushions and blankets if you'd like extra comfort (we'll provide yoga mats and bolsters for the class. To request for a chair/table, email us after you're booked in)
• A pen to take notes if you wish

What we provide on the day:

• If you don't have a Set of 3 or 4 Rainbow Sounds bowls, let us know after you book and we will provide the bowls for you to use on the day
• Our beautiful crystal bowls, set up and ready for all students to use
• Level 2 workbook, music sheet booklet, and certificate
• Yoga mat / bolsters
• If you need to complete/purchase your set, you can purchase from us - we will have plenty of bowls available on the day for purchase

What NOT to bring on the day:

• If you have crystal bowls purchased from elsewhere, we respectfully ask that you do not bring them to this class. There are several reasons why – the main reason is that as there are many bowls being played by students at the same time, other bowls of different quality or frequencies can be extremely distracting for the entire class.
