Di is a health and wellness professional with over 20 years experience in teaching Yoga, Pilates, Reiki, Women’s Fitness, NLP, and Herbal Medicine. She currently runs transformative yoga and detox retreats in beautiful Nelson Bays Region, with a focus on gut health and healing from the inside.
As a Rainbow Sounds Certified Educator for New Zealand, Di teaches Level 1 certification workshops with an emphasis on how sound frequencies can positively impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, offering a powerful tool to cultivate harmony and balance in life.
